Oh man! This is a great recipe. I brined the wings after removing the wing tip and separating the drum from the flat. I baked them on a wire rack for 40 minutes at 425. I turned the oven off and let them sit for about five minutes while I prepared sesame noodles. The wings came out of the oven beautifully browned and crispy. I used half the butter and added a little sirachi sauce to the curry, soy and honey mixture. Delicious!

I like the recipe but the glaze was so sweet and thick. I couldn't figure out how to balance the flvaors with more acid. More Lime juice or zest didn't seem to help. It also needs more fire. Maybe the chef or someone out there could help me adjust the recipe? Thanks!

My dad made these wings last night and my husband rated them the best chicken wings he ever ate. For the record, he has eaten a ton of wings! Think he added a bit of cayenne for heat and cooked them a bit longer. Would make them again!

The only comment I would make to go along with the other 5 stars reviews would be that the additional salt after roasting is not necessary. I added alttle sriracha to the mix for more spice. Definitely worth trying, would make it again.

This was my first time making chicken wings and I'm so glad that I used this recipe! My husband and I both found them delicious. The only thing I did differently was bake for an extra 5 minutes. Other than that, I followed the recipe exactly. They were sweet, rather than hot/spicy and I loved that because I'm not a spicy kind of person! I will definitely be making these again!

I loved these wings! They were so good and different from any kind of chicken wings I have tasted before. I read the reviews and made a few small changes. I oiled and seasoned the chicken as in the directions, but grilled them instead of roasting in the oven - they had great color, taste and were fairly crispy (they can only be so crispy unless they are deep fried!. Also I increased the curry paste, cut the butter in half, decreased the amount of honey and soy sauce and added hot sauce to give them kick. The sauce doesn't need any additional salt due to the salt/pepper seasoning before grilling and soy sauce. The lime at the end gives it that extra flavor. I'll definitely make these babies again!

I made these wings last night as per the directions in the recipe and they were delicious. A nice change from the usual hot wings I make. I forgot to squeeze the lime over the wings, though, so I was disappointed when I realized that this morning. Oh well. Next time.

I used this recipe for a cut-up chicken as a dinner, not appetizers. I felt the butter-chili paste-lime mixture was not an addition that brought it the taste too new heights. All it did was add a lot of fat calories that didn't pack the punch that I was hoping for. I think it might be better for wings but not sure this is a stand out recipe.

The sauce was perfect, the lime gave it a freshness I've never tasted in a chicken wing! I gave it an extra 10mins to cook the chicken through and it turned out perfect! This will be a regular dish in my home.
