It's easy, though stove gets smoky from the oiled wings, but it's very tasty and not very hot because of the honey and lime flavors.

We love Thai food and thought this recipe was fantastic. I used less honey (1 T. and soy sauce (2 T. and added some sesame seed oil to the olive oil before rubbing the wings.
Even my grandson loved them and he hates everything except mac and cheese...

not the best, not the worst. I would have preferred more spice and a little less sweetness. The flavors didn't see to meld well. On a side note, don't worry too much if you blender won't mix the ingredients well. As soon as the hot wings hit the butter mixture, it melts it all together.
