    Didn't let the crusting sit long enough. Need to season chicken well prior to breading, otherwise breading was very flavorful and chicken came out moist.

    I have never baked chicken that was this good and so simple, i second angel's response, "Had me lickin my fingers like a little kid!" Awesome awesome

    I've used panko many times and never loved it as much as I did with this recipe. Excellent flavor with the rosemary that had me licking my fingers like a kid lol. For the chicken I did both legs and boneless chicken breast and I have to say that the breasts were definitely a lot better and worth spending a little extra on. Came out superb!!!!! Tyler Florence you are the man!!! Loved It!

    I fixed this last night and it was a hit!!!! I used panko breading in a similar reciepe and I did not like it. I was willing to have a go at it again. There was no leftovers, that should tell the story. Thanks Tyler!!!!!!

    Very delicious.
    I sprayed legs with olive oil Pam. Very crispy, yet juicy. A definite keeper!

    Yum yum!! Cook at higher temp bases on reviews. Def recommend and I consider myself an expert growing up in the south and eating an obscene amount of fried chicken.
