When my family took the first bite they went "ohhhhhhh". Very yummy. I used less sugar/syrup for the apples as we are trying to cut down and it was still delicious

It is not the easiest dish to make, but once you are done it is well worth it. Keep on stirring to make that sauce perfect--it will become hard but do not worry! I made this for Easter Brunch once and everyone just loved it.

Top Notch! I found this recipe was easy to follow as well as amazing to eat! The only thing I would change would be to reduce the amount of syrup that was added to the apples. Either that or add more apples! I loved this breakfast and I'll be making this in the future!

These were good, but not 5 stars. I thought the batter was a little eggy, I like mine with more milk. I only made half of the apple recipe and it made plenty. You need to cook the butter and sugar for a little while so that it thickens. Next time I make this I will use more Croissants, more milk, and cinnomon in the batter.

What a great idea to use croissants for french toast. It was sooo delicious?rave reviews from everyone at my table. It was my first time to make caramel sauce from scratch, so I was a little nervous. It took a little longer than I thought, and I still ended up with a few hardened sugary chunks in the sauce, but it was still delicious. I highly recommend this recipe. My favorite french toast recipe yet!

I made this recipe a few years ago and never forgot about it. I've only made it once cause life gets hectic, but it was definitely worth it. I recommend halving the recipe, unless you really plan on feeding 4 people. Excellent!

I have wanted to try this recipe ever since I first saw this episode! I finally tried it a few days ago and I don't want regular french toast ever again lol. The flavors are awesome, especially the sauce that is made with the caramelized sugar and syrup! I noticed that it also doesn't take long to do the caramelizing if you use a cast iron skillet. It's not that hard to prepare and the confectioner's sugar adds a very nice finishing touch. A definite must try!

You must make this! It's a crowd pleaser. The carmel sauce was a little tough...give it a chance. It takes a little longer to carmelize.

Wonderful mix of sweet flavors to the butteryness of the croisant!
