My family enjoyed this very much.
We haven't tried many dishes with rosemary, but this was so good I went and bought a rosemary plant.

I used small red potatoes instead of the Yukon Gold and they were great. Definite addition to my recipes. Have made several times and always have been enjoyed by all.

This has bcome one of our most used and loved side dishes. Even to accompany the Christmas Dinner Rib Roast, you can't beat these easy and fabulous potatoes. Kosher Salt works best and adding whole cloves of garlic adds an aroma while roasting with the rosemary that will drive you crazy with hunger. When you stir during cooking, smach the roasted cloves and their mild flavor can be enjoyed through out this dish. YUM!

If you are making the dimmer from the show, you will need to vary the cooking temp in the oven unless you have 2 ovens as the Yorkshire Pudding is at a different temp.
These turned out very well. Great flavor, and the color was spectacular. Using the same herbs throughout the menu was wonderful!
