This extremely simple recipe offered the perfect "yang" for the "ying" of Tyler's ultimate roast chicken. My only complaint: several key tips from the show (preheating the pan with olive oil, dicing potatoes largely vs. slicing seemed to be left out. I'll definitely make this one again, and may leave them in a bit longer to get even more crunch!

My husband and I have recently discovered the delicious taste of yukon gold potatoes and when we say Tyler make this recipe we were anxious to try it. Needless, to say we were not disappointed. It was the best potatoes we have ever made. Thanks Tyler for a recipe we will use often.

I made these as a simple side dish to filet mignon and vegetables and it was a hit. The rosemary aroma filled my house and the potatoes were done perfectly. Thanks Tyler it was yummy!
