    Unless you LOVE cucumber, don't do this! .... I drank 1/2 and couldn't take anymore, even on a 90 degree day. Not refreshing just gross.

    I must admit I was surprised. The nice thing about this drink is that it wasn't overpowering. I served it in a martini glass garnished with a round of cucumber and a lychee. Very dramatic!
