I've made this chicken salad twice so far. My son could not get enough of it!!! The flavors are great together and is so easy to make. Thanks again Tyler for making such fantastic dishes!!!

This is my new go-to chicken salad recipe! I like the raisins better than grapes, the toasted almonds give it a nice texture, and the curry really adds something special. The only deviations I made from the original were using canned chicken instead of fresh and leaving out the fresh basil. I served it with whole-wheat crackers. I think next time I'll toss in some dried cranberries too.

This was 5 star chicken salad. For those who thought it was not spicey enough. Most might not know every curry out there is different. If you use a cheap curry you will be adding more to get the flavor. If you use a good quailty brand you will use less. So look at what you buy when it comes to spices. I would use grapes if i was to have it on a plate. But since i ate it in a sandwich i used the raisens. was easter to handle then if i had used grapes.

The recipe is amazing. We made this salad for our sons high school graduation party. So easy and so good. Everyone raved because it was not the traditional chicken salad.

Good flavorful chicken salad that is easy to make-I used rotisserie chicken and golden raisins.

I did find that the dressing only extended to about 12.5 ounces of shredded meat and I added some shredded carrots.

This is a delicious and easy recipe. Even my picky niece liked it. I used marcona almonds instead of regular almonds and a mix of dried cranberries and raisins. I also added some celery, green onions and cayenne (I like a little bit of heat. Fabulous!
Next time, I'll try it with light mayo to cut some of the fat.

I used grapes instead of raisins, increased the amount of curry, and added cayenne pepper. Turned out great!

I just made this last night and it was really delicious. I could've eaten the whole thing right then and there. It is great by itself, not in a sandwich. I didn't have basil on hand, but next time I make this I will definitely add it as I love basil. I also substituted almonds for celery and it's just an overall fantastic dish!
