Very good, took a little long to prep. And there was more relish then there was needed. Otherwise very good and will make again, just will cut down on the relish prep time.

My Mom is a horrible cook except for her meatloaf. I have tried many recipes and none were like hers. This recipe is very similar to mom's but better because of the addition of the bacon on top. GREAT RECIPE!

This is the best meatloaf I have EVER had. Awesome! The prep took some time but it was worth it.

Truly "The Ultimate" meatloaf! Made many times, no other recipe compares.

The meatloaf was good, but the relish was great. Relish is also excellent with eggs. Add some Southwest/Mexican spices and you have a very good salsa.

This recipe is great!!!! The relish is to die for. Won't make meatloaf any other way!!! I have used the relish for hamburgers, great! I have also used it to make macaroni and beef. Brown the hamburger, mix in the cooked macaroni and then the relish and it is wonderful. Thanks Tyler, or should I say, thanks Tyler's Dad.

This is one of the best meatloaves I have ever had. I did get carried away and put thick bacon all over the top, and it was too greasy, I will stick to the instructions from now on!

Amazing! It is now my only meatloaf recipe, it's moist and full of flavor. I always make extra relish.

WOW!!! This meatloaf was very moist. It did create a lot of juice, which I siphoned up and placed in the gravy for the mash potatoes. I think next time I make it I'd add a little more Worcestershire sauce. And I would weave the bacon on top instead of just laying it straight... that's more for looks.

The only reason why I'm giving this a 4 star is because my hubby and daughter did not like this. My daughter liked the relish but my hubby said the he does not like "fancy" meatloaf he likes "regular" meatloaf. I thought it was very good! I loved the relish.. I won't make this only because hbby did not like.
