I love Tyler's dad's meatloaf so much that I have abandoned the meatloaf recipe I ate/made growing up. I do eat other meatloaf recipes when dining out but, when it comes to what I cook...Dad's Meatloaf with Tomato Relish is simply the 'ultimate' best.

Very flavorful meatloaf! The consistency and moistness were excellent. If I were to redo this recipe, I would add 4 slices of bread rather than 3. The Relish was extraordinary. The bay leaf, garlic and fresh red bell peppers and parsley made a delicious sauce. I would make about 1 and 1/2 the relish neat time. It is excellent for topping mashed potatoes!!! Very comforting and delicious dish!

the very best I have ever tasted! I also used it for meatballs and the relish for sauce with speggitte and froze the extra for a quick meal when company came on short notice. Thanks Tyler, I have used many of your recipes and have always enjoyed them, keep up the good work.
