The relish is the key...I have used venison as the alternative for beef and the results are outstanding! It is by far the best meat loaf ever.

I absolutely love the tomatoe relish in this dish! It really makes the meatloaf dish excellent! I didn't have bacon, so that was eliminated, but I'd love to try it. Also added some of the last of my home grown herbs. Excellent recipe, Tyler!

I am not much of a meatloaf fan, however, this recipe totally changed me. It is the BEST meatloaf ever...the tomato relish and the addition of the bacon make this just soooooo delicious. This recipe made me buy all of his cookbooks!

If there could be a six star rating then that would probably tell you how good this recipe is to make. Its got that warm, savory, juicy, classic comfort, make your taste buds sing kind of magic in every bite. I must admit that my first bite.. I literally had to get up and do the yum dance. AH! Anyways, my recommendations are to definitely go to a butcher and get your meat fresh, maybe double the tomato sauce because it is just HEAVEN on the meatloaf, and pair this amazing recipe with another out of this world dish by Tyler called, "Grainy Mustard Mashed Potatoes." Foodies, this meal is out of this world and will amaze your family or guests. Happy Cooking and God bless xoxo

I have been cooking a never-before-made dish every Sunday. The recipes are usually fool-proof based on wide success in the ratings. This meatloaf dish was absolutely the best dish I've made in 30 recipes

This is the best meatloaf I've ever tasted, my husband thinks so too. The red peppers in the relish really put it over the top. It was very easy to make also.

Extremely moist meatloaf, perfect texture, very flavorful. The tomato relish is definitely the shining part of this recipe though. Overall, the closest to perfection a meatloaf can get.

I don't eat much meatloaf and every time I cooked one there's always leftovers but this meatloaf is amazingly delicious and moist!!! No left overs! 8 It's very easy to make and the tomato relish is surprisingly superb-simple ingredients that yielded great rich tasting sauce! Thanks so much Tyler! You are the best! Also the side dishes you cooked with this are both keepers!!! 8D
