The relish that goes with this meatloaf is incredible. It's tangy and sweet and versatile. I had some left over, so the next night I poured it over some chicken breasts and it turned it into a gourmet meal. The meatloaf was moist and succulent. Really great recipe.

I saw Tyler make this meatloaf on his show and had to try it because it looked so mouth-watering. I was not disappointed.

I made this meatloaf last night. The relish is rich in flavor and adds the finishing touch to the ground beef and ground pork. It is now my recipe and Iam so happy to have it. I always thought my grandmothers was the best. Well... she isnt here so I will admit this is the very best. Thanks Tyler

I am no chef but i wanted to surprise my family and and husband and make this meatloaf dinner. My husband is the one who gets into cooking with style and taste and he is so good at it. I am a pretty basic cook for the most part. But I did it and everyone love it not only that it was so much fun to make LOL. Thanks!

The meatloaf had no taste, even after adding 1-1/2 cups of the Tomato Relish to the meatloaf and another 1/2 cup to the top. The Tomato Relish was very good and I will use it with other meals. I rated the recipe 2 only because of the relish.

It was a big hit! Everyone loved it even the "picky" eaters of the family. I will defineately make it again. It was absoluetly perfect with garlic mashed potatoes.

Finally a meatloaf that is not "just meatloaf". The flavors from the bacon and the relish add such a kick. I added a diced poblano chili and a little red wine to the relish, and pulsed it in the food processor - not to puree, but just to break down some of the chunkiness. My husbad loved it so much that the left-overs I had planned for another dinner were gone at lunchtime. Definitly a keeper.
