This recipe really is amazing, like most of Tylers stuff simple and delicious. The mix of beef and pork gives a lot of flavour, the peppers make it extra juicy, spicy and fresh. Thanks Dad, for letting Tyler share this.

This is by far the most interesting recipe for meatloaf I've ever come across. This is also the BEST meatloaf I've ever eaten. Definitely worth the few extra minutes of prep time.

Loved this recipe. You get tired of the same meatloaf recipes. This is a very good change from the same old same old.

This was wonderful. I first thought, oh well, another recipe for the same old, lowly meat loaf! Boy, was I wrong. I loved the Tomato Relish, and the meat loaf was so moist and juicy, not at all dry. Makes Wednesday Meat Loaf night a new treat! Thanks, Tyler!

This is the BEST meatloaf I've ever cooked, so good you can't wait to have leftovers, and with the garlic mashed potatoes, amazing!

I have tried many of Tylers recipes and have never been diappointed. I will make this meatloaf again but will use the Glen Muir chopped tomatoes instead of "fresh" as they are tasteless.
I "love" Tyler and his TV programs. He is tops in my book.

This recipe deserves more than 5 stars! I like meatloaf but I LOVE this meatloaf. I plan on making this for one of my "girls" weekend dinners, they will love it. The potato and green beens are also perfect. What a great meal. Tyler moved to the top of my chef's recipes to try list, in fact I think I am going to buy one of his cookbooks. If all his recipes are this good, how can you go wrong?? Incredible.

I love meatloaf but my husband has always stated he hates it. In 8 years, I've never made one. The only time I ever had meatloaf was at the Cheesecake Factory. When I saw this episode, I made an executive decision and if he didn't eat what was put in front of him, Taco Bell is down the street!
I will say that the recipe is a bit time consuming so give yourself extra prep time. This meatloaf was fabulous! The Tomato Relish was a perfect touch for both the meatloaf mix and the topping. I did the little "test" burger and I ended up tearing 3 more slices of bread into the mixture to bind the meat but outside of that, hands down MY HUSBAND LOVED IT, AND HAD SECONDS! Thanks Tyler, you're a genius! I'll give myself some kudos too!

Up until now, meatloaf was always different every time I made it, as I have been on a relentless pursuit of a good one. Well EUREKA, I finally found it. This is without a doubt, the best meatloaf I have ever had....Better than my mother's, and that's really saying something. I could go on and on, but I will simply say: This meatloaf is everything a meatloaf should be. It is indeed, the ULTIMATE meatloaf. Thanks Tyler for sharing your dad's meatloaf with all us "foodies."
