I decided to make this meatloaf for friends this week and it was a great success! Its wonderful for entertaining because you can make the relish and meat mixture in advance and just pop it into the oven the night of your party. I substitued lean ground turkey and it came out moist and delicious. Thanks Tyler!!

I made this meatloaf last night--It was fantastic--the relish made it perfect! It was nice and moist with a great flavor. Made wonderful leftovers for lunch today, too--Thanks for the great recipe!

Tyler always amazes me. This incredible meatloaf with the tomato relish was praised by all as the best they had ever tasted!!! Added a few bread crumbs to tighten the meat mixture to form a stiffer log.

I was a little apprehensive about this. Didn't have to be. My husband loves food, but my daughter was the real test with this. Excellent meatloaf. She was raving about it. You go, Tyler

hands down, best meatloaf ever. something about the way the sweet tomato relish melds with the bacon drippings that makes it the most succulent loaf of meat you will ever have the honor of putting into your mouth. p.s. i only had to use two eggs, not three..

One thing for sure, you did not lie. With this recipe I have finally dethroned my brother-in-law for the title of the best meat loaf in the family! I believe he will now be watching your show as well.
    Keep on Cooking Tyler!!!!!!!!

My family loved this. The meatloaf was very moist and flavorful. Delicious! We all argeed that the meatload didn't need additional Tomato Relish when plated. It was perfect without it. Overall -- I'm sure I will make this again and again.
