GREAT!!!! This is the BEST meatloaf I've ever made or have ever tasted. I had company over and served this meatloaf and they all loved it. My girlfriend wanted the recipe. It melts in your mouth. It was completely gone after everyone had eaten second helpings. Tyler is an amazing chef.
I've cooked some of his other recipes and I'm never disappointed.
This recipe is a keeper. Thank you Tyler!!!

OMG! This meatloaf was so good, on the sweet side but we loved it! Paired with mashed was the best!

Slam dunk!! This meatloaf was off the hook! I reheated the remaining relish and poured it in my serving tray then put my rested meatloaf on top of it. Everyone loved it! My mom said it was Resturant quality. Thanks Tyler

This is the best meatloaf ever! Prepared it for the first time last night and the family agreed that it is a keeper. Everyone went back for seconds and late at night my oldest son was mowing down a meatloaf sandwhich mmmming and ahhhhing the whole time. Not your same old bland meatloaf this one has alot of flavor. Thanks Tyler!

Made this last night and it turned out great. I've made meatloaf before, but it usually came out hard and without much flavor. This was a totally different experience and was a big hit with the wife, who isn't much of a beef eater.
While putting this together, I was somewhat concerned, because in the past several of Tyler's recipes have had translation problems from what was shown on film and then to writing. As I mounded all the ingredients onto the baking pan I wasn't sure how it would turnout, as I thought I might end up with a gooey mess, but everything firmed up during cooking and the result was a tasty, moist meal with tons of flavor thanks to the relish.
Served this with the green beans from the same episode and went with Tyler's Creamy Polenta instead of the mashed potatoes. My wife says next time we have company I need to serve this same meal.

You hit right on with this meatloaf. It was exactly what I remember as a kid. Now I make it perfectly; thanks to Tyler.
Thank you,

Texture was fine, but relish was way too sweet for my tastebuds. Also, the bacon was so overwhelming that I could barely taste the meatloaf, and let's face it, the beefy/meaty flavor is what makes the best day-after sandwich. Will definitely modify this recipe to tone down the sweetness and will totally omit the bacon.

This turned out ok so I'm not complaining, but I truely can't understand all the raving reviews. I love Tyler but this was alot more work than making my regular meat loaf and honestly it didn't impress me or my family. It was nice and moist but it lacked the flavor. Anyway, I am not knocking this meatloaf but cannot understand the great reviews for just so/so meatloaf.

This Meatloaf was Impeccable!! My entire family loved it. My Husband really appreciated the fact that this meatloaf was "Light", not the heavy kind of meatloaf that sits in the bottom of your stomach for hours. It was most flavorful and most delightful. This will be my "Go To Recipe" for Meatloaf from now on.... Thanks Tyler, this meatloaf ROCKS!!
