    This was an excellent dish! I cooked this for my family and they loved it! The cook and prep time was just about what you advertise which I am fine with that. I am cooking this tonight and experimenting with cinnamon. I really like Tyler?s recipes; they are practical and simple.

    Apples did not break down enough after baking 20 minutes. They were still too crunchy.
    Carmel sauce got hard and would not flow when inverted.
    I will try this recipe again but will pre-cook my apples and add cream to my carmel sauce.
