    Can we spell yum!? This was so good. The sweetness of the watermelon, the crunch and mild heat of the onion (I used Vidalia instead, the surprise of the basil...who'd a thunk?...the black olives added a salt dimension and the goat cheese was the underlying note lending a lustful tenderness to all those very textured items.

    It's easy and quick and fantastic on a hot day when the kitchen look like...well, firs letter 'h' (grin.
