Big hit with all! I always use more garlic & cayenne, but great sauce and tender ribs, finished over mesquite charcoal.

When tasting the sauce while making it, I thought it was too mustardy, but I continued on making the recipe exactly as written. It was actually a deliciously different alternative to standard bbq sauces. The sauce cooked into the meat mellows, and the extra bit you brush on at the table while eating these hot off the grill adds just the perfect amount of pop! My husband and I really enjoyed these!

Awesome! But, do watch the ribs....got sidetracked and ours got a little burned even after only 8 min.... followed other suggestions and halved the amount of mustard.

I followed the advice of some of the other's who had reviewed the recipe and cut the mustard in half. Just the right amount of mustard. Also broiled instead of grilled. It was a hit!

Butchered a cow?
This recipe was DELISH! My hubby and I loved it and saved some of the sauce for other dishes. Yum.

Very nice!!! I took the advise of others and reduced the mustard and then to meet my families wishes, I kicked in some extra chili powder. Beef ribs are always a little less then pork ribs, but we butchered a cow and this took care of the short ribs in our freezer quite well!

My husband and family said it's the BEST sauce put it on the ribs and chicken same night. We will never buy BBQ sauce again.

Not much BBQ flavor. The first taste is the mustard! It didn't ruin our dinner but there wasn't anyone who liked it. Abbey
