My whole family loved this dish, from my 2year old son to my 57 year old mother! Easy to make and a change from the normal pork loin!

This was very tasty! I had a smaller pork roast, so I butterflied it and stuffed it, rolled it up and then tied it. Some of the filling came out, but the pan juices were great, too. I only used 1/2 the fruit filling, so will be able to repeat this good recipe with ease next time by using the left-over filling!
