    I used a store bought roasted chicken and did the shreading at home. The mojo sauce got rave reviews from my husband. A must try.

    If you like Moe's stay at home and make these. The moe sauce is so good! I used canned black beans, just added the onions garlic and bay leaf. The rice is the Best!

    I love the mojo sauce. I am usually in a rush, so I buy my beans and some Goya yellow rice. My husband devours them. The one thing I add to my mojo sauce for a little more consistancy is half an avocado, it rounds out the flavor. You've gotta try it!

    My daughter loved it! She loves spicy food. It was easy and we used the left over mojo sauce on wraps later in the week.

    For a mexican treat, this is terrifico! Cut some time off the prepration and use canned black beans... Make some Margaritas and enjoy the rest of the cooking adventure. The rice received a 10 star review when the Mojo sauce was drizzled lighty over the top. Enjoy!
