This recipe was very simple to make and tasted fantastic! Although, I tweeked it a little. I substituted the watercress for finely chopped celery. Rather than serving on toasted whole grain bread, I served it on soft white bread without the avocado. It just melted right in my mouth. Mmmmmm... Thanks Tyler!

This is very good. Even if you skip the avocado, as I did the 2nd time I made it, it's great. The perfect simple egg salad!

Try stuffing it into tomatoes, too.
