This is the BEST F&C recipe I have ever used. My guests complimented me the entire evening and everyone wanted seconds and thirds. This recipe will certainly remain in my permanent collection. Thanks again for yet another excellent recipe!

This recipe is awesome! It tastes great and very easy to follow. It's very authentic and I felt like I was at a restaurant. The batter mix was a little too much for 1 pound of fish and could have easily made it with half the amount, but that's beside the point. I saved the leftover batter for another fish and chips dinner soon. I really like it. Great recipe!

I currently live in Enland and this recipe rivals all the fish and chips that I have had. I used cod and it turned out wonderful! Be sure to serve with lemon and malt vinegar!

Great recipe...It really is English but if your fish is thick i suggest season the fish alone with salt and then follow the exact recipe...
