I fix this recipe tonight for supper and thought I was in an English pub in London. My wife like it also. I've been wanting fish and chips for a while. I have'nt been able to find any down here in the swamps of Northeast Florida and when I caught Tyler's show on fish and chips I knew I had to cook them. Great recipe and great show. Buzz

i have to admit if i had followed the recipie to the exact ingredients i'm sure i would have turned out better. i used beer instead of soda water and breadcrumbs instead of rice flour. needless to say, it came out a little puffy, but good.

My English husband tried this recipe with fresh baracuda he'd caught the day before, and we couldn't get over how fantastic it was. We've tried frying fish any number of ways, but this recipe is unbeatable. Our search for perfect fish and chip recipe ends now!

My family loves this recipe. Easy to make and tasts better than anything ordered from a restaraunt. Make sure you have plenty of Malt vinegar!

This is the first time I have ever tried to make fish & chips. My boyfriend, and his friend at everything! they loved it. The batter was so crispy and light. It was one of the best fish & chips I've had! I will definitely use this recipe again
