I make this one alot. I've even cut the fish into small pieces to make fish nuggets for the kids. They love it and so do I.

I lived in England for four years and got used to having the "chippie" (a truck like an ice cream truck come round on a daily basis. I have been looking ever since for a recipe that would reproduce the delicious fish and chips I used to buy. This recipe did it! My family loved them and thought they were back in good old England. Thanks. They were easy to make.
