Simple, easy and oh, so delicious! It's great to have a recipe that calls for so few ingredients and yet has a booming flavor! Be sure to cut the meat on the bias to keep it tender.

Easy to fix. I only let my flank steak marinate for 2 hours and it tasted wonderful. It's winter, so I broiled it for 6-7 minutes on each side since I couldn't get to a grill. Used pre-made fresh salsa instead of the recipe to make it easier.

I let my skirt steak marinate for 15 hours and it was still tough to eat. I suggest trying a better quality side of steak. I followed the recipe as well, and I was not impressed. Honestly, the veggies were very flavorful but the meat was not.

Not only did this recipe turn out great, it was super easy. I only had half a day to marinate (we were actually "camping" in a trailer at the time and the flavor was still great. I didn't want to waste the marinade, so I poured much of it in with the sauteed veggies, and it added a nice dimension. If I had known before how easy this was, I'd have made them long ago! I'm going to use this recipe from now on. Thanks a ton.

I have tried and tried to make fajitas at home only to be disappointed, but this one is just like the mouth watering restaurant ones. I loved it. My hubby loved it. Two days later we loved it again.

This is the 4th time I've made the recipe with my boyfriend and its amazing! Marinated it, grilled it, and cut it on the bias! Delish!

This was a very easy recipe, but the meat was too tough. I let my meat marinade for twenty four hours and was disappointed with the results. Everything else was fine. I'll probably try the recipe again, only I'll use chicken, shrimp or pork instead. The veggies were wondrerful.

Everyone in my picky family from 2 years old on up really enjoyed this dish. Meat was tender and flavorful and veggies tasted great! Wouldn't change a thing!

Did a trial run on this recipe and it didn't fail to deliver! I followed the recipe exactly, well maybe I threw in an extra chipotle pepper or two (I likes it spicey!Very flavorful used on both beef and chicken. I will make this for my daughter's house-warming party as I am sure it will be nothing less than a stellar success. And, absolutely yes, I do plan to take full credit for it! Sorry Tyler!

I made the marinade exactly like the recipe and the fajitas just tasted like oranges. Overly citrus taste to the meat. I would have preferred more spices (pepper, etc to taste more like restaurant fajitas. I used London Broil for the meat since that is what I had, marinated it for 6 hours, and the meat was very tender, but the marinade taste was not good.

I also made the guacamole and salsa recipe. The guacamole was very good, but the salsa was too garlicky. The garlic ruined the salsa - I would suggest one clove instead of 3. It ended up tasting okay with the fajitas, but as a stand alone salsa with chips, the garlic would be too overpowering. I did not add the oil to the salsa either because that just seemed too weird.
