Did a trial run on this recipe and it didn't fail to deliver! I followed the recipe exactly, well maybe I threw in an extra chipotle pepper or two (I likes it spicey!Very flavorful used on both beef and chicken. I will make this for my daughter's house-warming party as I am sure it will be nothing less than a stellar success. And, absolutely yes, I do plan to take full credit for it! Sorry Tyler!

I made the marinade exactly like the recipe and the fajitas just tasted like oranges. Overly citrus taste to the meat. I would have preferred more spices (pepper, etc to taste more like restaurant fajitas. I used London Broil for the meat since that is what I had, marinated it for 6 hours, and the meat was very tender, but the marinade taste was not good.
I also made the guacamole and salsa recipe. The guacamole was very good, but the salsa was too garlicky. The garlic ruined the salsa - I would suggest one clove instead of 3. It ended up tasting okay with the fajitas, but as a stand alone salsa with chips, the garlic would be too overpowering. I did not add the oil to the salsa either because that just seemed too weird.

The flavors were fabulous. However, the flank steak was tough. I usually eat filet because I love that melt in your mouth beef. Perhaps I should have marinated the meat longer than 1 & 1/2 hours. I will use a better quality meat next time.

I used the recipe for the marinade. We used skirt steak, chicken and shrimp. They marinated overnight. ohhhh! It was AWESOME!! The shrimp were by far the best!

I have been trying Fajita recipes for years. This is the best one yet. I always get compliments on this recipe everytime I make it. We entertain a lot and this is a sure winner each and everytime.

these really had great flavor! I'm gonna try with chicken next time. I got cheese dip and salsa from my local mexican restaurant and felt like a beach whale when I finished. My stomach was in heaven, thanks Tyler!

I made these for a large group - I did chicken and steak, everyone loved them. The fresh oranges and limes really deliver lots of flavor. I also made the Guacamole recipe and that was very different than my usual gauc, but also tasty and a nice change. If you don't love lime, you may want to cut back on them in the gauc recipe, it is very zesty.

I love the marinade for this recipe. It makes the steak perfect tasting. No need for any sauce.

WOW! The steak marinade for these fajitas was amazing. Not too spicy, but full of flavor! I wouldn't change a thing...I can't wait to make again.
