    I used OJ instead of fresh squeezed but it was still amazing. I also let the flank steak marinade overnight. These were restaurant quality fajitas!

    These fajitas were awesomeeeeeeeeeeeee! I used the advice of one of the reviews and used chicken instead of the flank steak and it was delicious! The chicken was so moist and tasty with the marinade. I made it with the salsa fresca and the guacamole! WHAT an amazing dinner :

    Breaks down the mistery of fajitas, and it makes it so accessible. A bit time consuming, so don't try it if in a hurry, but worth the time!

    This recipe was good but not great. It might be better with shrimp or chicken.

    The marinade and salsa recipes were wonderful. You really have to marinade the meat for the full 8 hours though. I also tried it with shrimp and it worked perfectly. I don't have a grill pan, I used a cast iron skillet instead, that worked just fine.
