Theses were probaby the best fajitas I have ever had let alone made. This recipe has ruined mexicn restaurants for me. All the flavors work together perfectly. My onl suggestion would be to add some chili powder for a little extra heat because the chipotle peppers by themselves may not be enough if you like it spicy.

This is the best fajita merinade that I have ever used. It didin't overpower the meat, beef and chichen, but left tremendous flavor.

When I was watching Tyler prepare this episode, I knew that this is what I would make for my fiance for his birthday. The fajitas turned out delicious and the guacamole was amazing. That marinade really did the trick and its really very easy, but tastes like you labored over it for hours. Skirt steak really works best for these fajitas, because the texture is just perfect!

I have been looking for the perfect fajita recipe and I have to look no more. While the marinade does take a little prep time it is SOOOOO worth it. We have had these twice thiss week they are soo good.I did skirt steak first then we did steak and chicken. The skirt steak is key! You have to also cut against the grain..We will never have to go for fajitas again..AMAZING FLAVOR

I served this for my friends and found it had little flavor and did not tenderize the beef as I'd hoped. Big disappointment.
