Wow, this was the best Fajita recipe I've tried. It's full of flavors, and it was like we're eating in an authentic Mexican place. We couldn't stop eating the beef, it was so tender. I used skirt steak, I marinated it for 3 hours. I also added some onion powder and garlic powder. I didn't add any chipotle, but it still tasted great!! Thanks Tyler for this great Fajitas!!

Tyler, you've outdone yourself! My entire family loved these . . . even the picky ones. I didn't use flank or skirt steak, I cheaped out with top round, marinated it the full 4 hours. I also cut it into strips prior to marinating. I like my beef charred all the way around. It was GREAT. The guacamole was fabulous as well. I made a smaller batch and used 1 lime for 2 avocado but it was pretty tart so I added an additional avocado. Yummm!!! Can't wait to serve these at my next party.

This was the first time I made fajitas. I was amazed at how easy they were to make and especially how great they tasted. The leftovers made a delicious omelette.

Fantastic recipe for the fajitas. I think the guac recipe is a little on the boring side. 1 small clove of garlic for 5 avocados just doesn't do it for me plus I like a little seeded, chopped tomato.

After watching Tyler make this on TV, I ran out and purchased the ingredients and made it that day! It was really good!! It was maybe a bit too spicy for us but it had a great flavor otherwise. I think I might have sliced the meat wrong too because it was a bit tough. But again, GREAT flavor and fun to make! I'm always cooking Tyler's Ultimates and find them all very YUMMY!

I am not a Fajita lover, Wait a minute! I am now! WOW, not only were these kickin, My wife gave me a standing "O" my god these are great honey! I am a sales man not a chef. " and too-boot save everything and re-heat in the microwave for spectacular leftover... make the fajita place in a paper towel and reheat 1-2 at a time for 1 minute.

These are the best tasting fajitas EVER! The mojo sauce is very, very tasty. We just had these for dinner last night and I'm making more tonight! I recommend marinating the red peppers and onions in the olive oil and lime juice before grilling.
