These were a big hit in my house. The best meat is the skirt steak, it is extrememly tender after marinating it! Try to find skirt steak before going to flank steak. It makes a big difference. Tyler has the best recipes!!

This was very tasty, but be sure to marinade the beef for at least 2-4 hours -- flank steak can still be tough even if it is cut on the bias

The marinade was excellent! These fajitas were better than any we've ever had in a restaurant. The guacamole was also very, very good. We will definitely make this recipe over and over again. A big hit in our family.

This was my first time working with this specific kind of meat and it was a lot more difficult for me than Tyler made it seem. And, because I used an indoor grill I was not prepared for the way the meat left a super slick layer of grease on the floor, but the flavor of the meat and the tenderness were AMAZING!. It looked good on TV, and it was twice as good in my hands. I also prepared the guacamole and the salsa fresca and everyone I had for dinner than night was blown away!(I doubled the recipe and served 8 adults and 5 kids and still have some left overs!

Made this again tonight...just the flank steak marinated in the wonderful marinade. Tender and flavorful! A true keeper

This recipe was awesome! I am a beginner cook and pulled these fajitas off with no problem. The mojo is so flavor full and fragrant. My husband was floored by the taste. This is a keeper for sure!
