I made these tonight and they were just great. I was worried that using 3 chilis would be too hot so I only used one, (whimpnext time I will use two.

I made these the other night and they were fantastic. I also added chicken tenders and a green bell pepper. One question, on the show he leaves the "mojo" chunky but the directions state to use an immersion blender to combine everything. I did the immersion blender method since I had yet to see the tv show episode for this recipe. Was great, great, great!!!

Delicious and easy. For all you annoying people who keep asking about the health and calorie/fat content...Check out Calorie Commando or the Weight Watchers Book...come on...Don't criticize Tyler's fantastic recipes because you don't know how to eat a small portion or adjust for your individual dietary needs. Like the other reviews were saying...eat a small amount and get off your butt and take a post-meal walk instead of plopping down in front of the tv all night and you will find that you can "have your cake and eat it too"

These really are the ultimate fajitas. So good in fact, my family decided we shall never go out for them again. This recipe is worth every minute you spend making it. Sure to please even the toughest critic.

These fajitas were very flavorful! I wasn't sure if I was suposed to use all of the adobo sauce, but I did, and it made it
good and spicy. I didn't taste much lime, so next time I will add another lime. These were easy and delicious!!!!

Haven't tried the fajita marinade yet, but made the guacamole and we love it!! My husband didn't used to like guacamole but loves this homemade, EASY recipe. I think its the lime that gives it that great taste.

My friends and family LOVED these for 4th of July, instead of the usual Hot Dogs and Hamburgers. I also Marinated Chicken and it was also GREAT! This recipe even met the approval of a 7 yr old critic who doesn't like many things and has now asked his mom to get the recipe.

We made the fajitas, guacamole and the margaritas for friends and they were VERY impressed. We cooked the meat slightly longer than the recipe calls for (about 6 minutes per side and it came out medium (pink and declicious. Thanks Tyler
