We make Fajitas every 4-6 weeks. I've always used the Ortega package as the marinade. After becoming Gluten free I had to find a recipe, well this is the best marinade ever. The chipolte gives it the nice smokey peppery heat I needed. Stick to the 3 chipolte, I used about 6 w/ the sauce and it was a bit spicy. Well rounded flavor. Now if I can only find a tortilla I can eat I'm set, I used Brown Rice Tortilla and they are horrible.

We loved the marinade for this recipe and followed it exactly. My husband & I agreed we'd like to marinate chicken for the next round of fajitas. We also loved the idea of charring the tortillas over an open flame, but after burning the first one, I held the tortilla with tongs and slowly moved the tortilla around in circles over the flame, flipped and repeated. Each shell browned up nicley & "puffed" here and there. Looking forward to trying more of Tyler's recipes... they seem to have more depth by using a more complex mix of seasonings, etc.

Very good flavor - but used skirt steak, and the meat was quite tough! Maybe try flank steak next time - or chicken.

These were quite good. The mojo marinade rocked! It was one bad mofo marinade. It gave the meat really great flavor. The addition of the chipolte peppers makes all the difference here. I once made this recipe without the chipolte peppers, and the difference is marked. Big flavor increase! Thanks Tyler

As always, Tyler Florence did not disappoint. This is the 2nd time I have made these flawless fajitas. The meat is amazing! My husband is a meat cutter so we use rib eye ends instead. It melts like butter in your mouth! YUMMY!!!!

These are the best ever! Never need a restaurant again. When we make it no matter how much we make there never seem to be any leftovers.

This is the best marinade for fajitas! I have made this recipe over and over again and always get rave reviews. I have also used chicken tenders and it is equally as fabulous. My teenage nephew requests me to make these at least once a month...he has a tendency to bring a new friend to dinner each time so that he can brag about how good they are. I love it! Thank you Tyler!
