I love Tyler Florence but these fajitas were way too spicy! Even for my boyfriend who loves spicy food! I think I would cut the chipotles in the marinade down to one or one and a half so your didn't fry your throat when you swallowed the meat. I also would cut back a little on the lime. The lime was in the marinade and in the guacamole. Maybe I used some powerful limes but they sure overpowered the mean and avocados. But really, I will be looking for a new fajita recipe.

I love this marinade for fajitas, I watched the show and saw him cut the flank steak and thought there's no way that it would cut like butter, I was so very wrong it did. Make sure you let it rest is my only tip. I made this meal for my husband the first time I cooked for him, I think it is why he married me. HA!

These were excellent! I let the meat marinate overnight and it tasted great! So much flavor. I think anyone outside while I was grilling was jealous they weren't eating at our house. So yum! Will make again.

We love Mexican food and these were better than any fajitas you'll find at a restaurant. I followed the recipe for the marinade but I used a different cut of meat because I wanted them melt in your mouth tender. I bought a beef tenderloin from Sam's and cut it up for my fajitas. And if you have any left over fajitas the next day they make killer nachos. Thanks for the awesome recipe Tyler!

At first, reading the recipe, i was worried... I didnt have everything... However- i love Tyler, and knew THIS was going to be worth the effort... I made the marinade as close as possible... Then followed everything exactly... My husband was FLOORED.... His first words (and wives you know this feeling "Oh my god hunny, these are delicious.. That marinade is awesome!" And I took one bite, and knew it was true!!! Awesome recipe!!!!

These were the best Fajitas that my husband and I have ever made...ever. I am a fajita enjoyer and my husband not so much. After eating these I think I have converted him!! Will never use another recipe-and would not change a thing.

We have made these fajitas several times and my entire family just LOVES them! We will never make them any other way! They are better than fajitas in the restaurant!
The marinade is sensational! There is an incredible blend of flavors in each & every bite! We just had these and I am ready to make them again! Too bad 10 stars is not an option. Five isn't enough for this dish! Thank you so much Tyler!

Made these fajitas as part of a "Cooking Extravaganza!" afternoon with my kids and they were amazing. Hard to please seven different palates but all gave this recipe the highest of marks: "This one goes on the rotation schedule!" We'll fix these again sooner rather than later.
