This is one of the best salads I've ever had. I didn't add the pears, but I think the candied nuts add enough sweetness. This also works well with romaine in a pinch.

Loved this salad. The dressing is wonderful. I used romaine, red leaf, and butter lettuce. It was a pretty and delicous salad. This is going to be a favorite recipe of mine.

Your family or guest will absolutely LOVE this salad. All the flavors of the vingerette, fruit, leafs and candied pecans scream with flavor in your mouth. I could eat this salad for dinner every evening.
