This was very tasty but it took a long time and like others have said, it was too thin. I will make it again and thicken it more. My husband and I still enjoyed it!

I think the filling needed to be a tad bit thicker. I put the dough over a jelly roll pan to help prevent the filling from running off. This worked well. This is the BEST "POT" PIE our family and half my husband's work has ever tasted!!

This recipe was perfect. My dough came out great without having to add any additional water. However, the roux was not thick enough to make the sauce properly (which seemed to be a problem with many of the other reviewers. I took a risk and used it anyways and the pie was delicious. Maybe add a little more flour or allow the mixture to simmer longer. I would recommend that rather than making a free form pie, use a deep dish pan just in case your sauce is too thin. I had juice running out of one side using the pillow shape. Enjoy! Despite the mistakes, the dish came out beautifully!

This was the easiest to make and the taste was outstanding. The presentation was very rustic looking. I enjoyed it very much.

Absolutely perfect, delicious flavors. I found it to be way too soupy, however, and it took tons of cornstarch to get it to the right consistency. Added corn to it as well. Tylers recipes are fabulous!

This pot pie is to die for! I did make them in individual ramekins and had enough dough to put on the bottom and the top of each ramekin. Yes, it takes time, but then, if you enjoy the cooking process and plan ahead then it is no big deal. If you are looking for fast - choose a recipe that takes shortcuts. But I guarantee you that your shortcut recipe won't taste this good.

It takes some time to create this but it is quite simply excellent. Even better, my whole family loves it.

This meal creates a real presentation as well if you want to serve it to guests.
