i've only made fondue once before and found this recipe very easy to follow and to make. and it was vary good! i served it with cubed, grilled chicken and toasted pita chips for a greek theme.
i eat a gluten free diet, so i adjusted the recipe slightly by using gluten free flour and adding 1/2 tsp. of xanthan gum to thicken it.

We have begun a tradition in my book club to have a fondue party every year at Christmas time. This year I made Tyler's Feta Cheese Fondue and it was a hit! I did find that it was not feta-y enough for me so I added 6 EXTRA ounces of feta - luckily I prepared the fondue the night before and was able to taste it before the party - otherwise I think I would have been disappointed. Once I added the additional cheese it was great and my friends raved about it. Thanks for another winner, Tyler!

i used almonds instead of walnuts, just chopped them in the food processor. i wasn't sure how feta would melt down for a fondue, but-wow- this is heavenly. i wanted to lick the hot fondue pot and not even care about blisters on my tongue!

have made this a number of times and every time is the hit at the fondue party! I do use pinenuts instead of walnuts and like that better, think this time I might try the shallots as mentioned in another review. Great recipe!

This turned out to be a fabulous fondue recipe for my New Year's Eve dinner appetizer. I only added shallots (sauteed with the butter and some Gruyere to give it some bite, and dispensed with the walnuts. It was a wonderful combination of flavors! A total keeper!!

This fondue had great flavor, but unfortuantely it turned out a little soupy. Still great taste! I would use it again.

I made it for a party. It was ok, but I probably wouldn't make it again.
