    This is the best French Onion Soup I have ever had- hands down. The best part is, it is very simple to make. I need not search for another recipe-ever.

    This soup was great. I tried both methods with the croutons and cheese and it was much better broiled in the oven. Thanks Tyler! Another Winner!

    I made this vegetarian by using vegetarian stock and omitting the wine. It was outstanding. Maybe not as deep in flavor as one made with beef stock, but a great option for vegetarians who love French Onion soup.

    This was my first attempt at french onion soup-- so easy and delicious! This soup has amazing flavor and consistancy. I will make this over and over again! Wonderful in a bread bowl...

    While this recipe took a bit longer than the instructions (feet time, it was well worth the effort. Rich, deep flavor. Wonderful.
