I suggest Food Network and Tyler to revise this recipe... in the recipe I saw on TV yesterday the dough was made entirely in a food processor, which was mainly why I was interested in the recipe. I own no stand mixer and do not care to knead dough by hand. i wanted to keep the directions from the food processor handy for future reference, but this recipe only gives me list of ingredients... too bad!!!

Incredibly easy!! I've made pizza dough before and it was good but I really loved this recipe. The dough was very durable and easy to handle once it was risen. I've struggled to find a great recipe for pizza dough and I found it here!! I may even try flavoring the dough with herbs next time! Yum! Thanks Tyler!

My first ever attempt at making pizza dough - any dough for that matter - I've always been intimidated. This recipe is awesome - we will never get delivery pizza again.

This was the first pizza dough that I've ever made. I halved the recipe because I was making it just for me. Otherwise, I'd be eating pizza all week! I chose this recipe because unlike some recipes, I did not have to wait for the dough rise over night, etc. I followed what the other reviewers suggested and reduced the amount of salt. I would like to see how other dough recipes compare to this one, but this one was by far the easiest and fastest.
Oh, and my only gripe is that the recipe doesn't tell you how long to cook the pizza in the oven. Comparing it to other pizza recipes, I cooked it for 500 degrees F until the pizza was golden with just enough burn marks on the crust—about 12-15 minutes.

This dough is excellent and very easy to work with. I did not find the recipe salty at all. The you tube video referenced by tisdale is for a different recipe session titled tyler's ultimate pizza. This recipe is simply for the dough. I don't know if that makes much of a difference, but he might have put less salt in the ultimate pizza because of all the toppings he was adding at the time. I did not find the dough salty (but I did use Kosher Salt as it is the only one I use for cooking, I agree with the other reviewer that if you used regular table salt it would have been too much. I will be making more pizza from now on! My kids loved it.

I think I might have just found the perfect pizza dough! Although too salty for me (yes, I used Kosher, I will cut it back to a couple of tsp. next time. I used Rapid Rise instant yeast and it actually rose! I have horrible luck with yeast. I also used my Kitchenaid mixer with the dough hook and it worked like a charm. It was perfectly elastic and I didn't need to add additional water or flour to it. I can't wait to try it with wheat flour or herbs in the crust! I also can't wait to try grilling it and making a deep dish! Thanks for a great recipe, but you could make a change to the salt in the ingredients!

This was so easy to make and work with. I actually used my bread maker to mix and it worked perfectly. Will use again!
