    I've never made deep fried southern fried chicken before today. This recipe is fantastic! Very simple and delicious. I was afraid it would be greasy, but it wasn't. The brining made it very juicy. Finger lickin' good.

    I followed the recipe step by step. The coating on the chicken didn't come out like I thought it would. Plus I had to finish cooking the chicken in the oven so I didn't burn the outside in the oil. I am not impressed.

    I've been trying for years to make fried chicken. This was super easy, and delicious. Rave reviews from my guests, and not a piece left. Really good stuff.

    I never would have thought that I could learn to fry a southern dish - Fried Chicken! from a caucasian man. My own family recipe isn't this good. My hats go off to you Tyler F.

    The Crust actually stays on the chicken not on the bottom of the fry pan.

    The secret is the brine, the chicken comes out very juicy. Next time I may add some flavor to the brine, like hot sauce or something. the breading is tasty, but mine didn't come out as crisp as I would have liked.

    This is the BEST fried chicken ever. I used breast and cut them into tenders for this recipe. My husband could not stop eating them and when I woke up the next day he greeted me with "good morning best chicken maker ever". Wonderfully crispy, I even reheated some in the microwave and they held on to their crispiness very well. Making more tonight!
