Always a hit... one of our go-to recipes! This past summer, we used this in a pasta salad by tossing it with Rotini Pasta, Grilled chicken, and grape tomatoes... Thanks Tyler!

I'd give it a 2.5 really. The saving grace was the bread with the olive oil and garlic. It came out as mushy green I forgot my dentures puree. I'm not a big veggie lover. It was tolerable.

not to much of a fan of it. it was really bland, because none of the flavors were very strong. i wouldnt make it again.

we have made this several times and love it. It tastes so fresh and bright and unique (in a delicious way from your ordinary bruschetta. Love the leftovers for dipping veggies in for snacks during the week. Good stuff.

I disagree with the comments about this bruschetta being bland. In all fairness, though, I rarely follow the directions in terms of amount of salt. I simply season to taste. I've served this garden bruschetta and three dinner parties and have gotten rave reviews and requests for the recipe each time. The ricotta salata is a delicious garnish.

...I have to agree it was a little bland. More olive oil and salt and pepper made it better, but I wouldn't make again.

Easy, healthy and different. We did it with cream cheese and it worked fine.
    Thanks for a great recipe...

I love Tyler's recipes, but this one was disappointing. It was very bland & the veggie puree looked & smelled too much like baby food. Salt & pepper helped a little bit, but I think it needs a cheese that offers a little more taste than ricotta. It was extremely fast & easy to make, but we ended up throwing most of it away :(
