Mashed potatoes are such a stable; these garlic mashed potatoes in a ricer are fluffy light and flavorful. it is not your Mother's sticky lumpy dead in your belly mashed potatoes. Make them tonight...your family will thank you! Thanks Tyler

I made these potatoes to go w/ prime rib and it was a perfect match! I substitued 1/2 and 1/2 for reg. milk and only added enough for the consistency we prefer. The amount was probably closer to 1/2 C. I highly recommend these potatoes, Tyler is my "go to" chef when searching for a special dish. Thanks again Tyler!

My fiance's family is Persian and all the kids who were born here complain that the family doesn't know how to make mashed potatoes for Thanksgiving. So, last year I made these and not only were the kids but all the adults were taste testing these long before dinner was ready! Needless to say, I've been elected the "official" mashed potatoe maker from now on. Thanks Tyler and Food Network for such a GREAT recipe! I thought I liked my potatoes before, these are even better. Although, since for a special occasion I do mix with some whole cream too.

I made this dish to accompany Tyler's 911 Beef Brisket. Both recipes turned out fantastic and recieved raves from my in-laws. I made this potato recipe as stated. It turned out creamy, with just a nice hint of garlic. It was very tasty, easy to make and pretty much fail proof. I highly recommend this dish. Thanks Tyler, for another fabulous recipe.

These mashed potatoes were soooo creamy and delicious. I used the Yukon Gold and the flavor was outstanding, the garlic added the perfect touch (not all in your face. Love them

I used Russet potatoes because that was all I had, and they were still delicious! My husband loved them. I can't wait to make them next time with Yukon Gold. I used a little less butter and a little more milk. So creamy!

I loved these! The only thing was that I couldn't mash the garlic, so it stayed in little cloves. Other than that, it was amazngly creamy, and delicious! Maybe I'll add a little more salt next time, for more flavor, I encourage anyone and everyone to try these!

This sure was easy to make. I didn't bake the garlic, just chopped it very finely and mixed it up with the rest of the ingredients . It was really fluffy and the garlic was just right. Being Greek garlic is one of our main and favorite ingredient in many dishes. LOVED IT!
