We absolutely loved it! It requires time but worth it...enjoy! The only pointer we can give would be to use more eggplant than suggested.

I grilled the eggplant instead of frying it and sprinkled both feta and parmesan cheese on the top as opposed to the bread crumbs and it was delicious. It tasted even better the next day.

AWESOME!!!!! I have made this recipe several times and it always comes out amazing. I now grill my eggplant with a lil spray oil on. Comes out even better.

I added a few other spices because I didn't have the cinammon stick (oregano, cinammon and nutmeg mixture from another recipe. I would also maybe brown the eggplant in the oven or on the grill as opposed to frying, but it was very tasty!!!!

Awesome combo of flavors. I used ground sirloin instead of lamb. Loved the flavors together. I wish I had read one of the reviewers suggetion to add some ground cinnamon to the recipe. The cinn stick works but needs to simmer awhile to impart the flavor to the dish and I just didn't have that much time with my hungry crowd! I will make again!! Thanks Tyler!

Totally NOT Moussaka. Egg thickened Bechamel? Where is it?

The outcome was perfect! However, I have to say the most annoying part was grilling all that eggplant.
