    This is a really good recipe - lots of times I like to tweak recipes to my taste ... this one is great as is.

    It was a very very good salad, very lite and the flavors were awesome. I enjoyed it very much. I made it as part of my thanksgiving dinner.

    There is a lot of flavor in this dish and it can all be made ahead of time. Perfect for a dinner party.

    Only change I would make is perhaps less oil in the dressing. Suggestion to use grainy mustard is great, I used an ale mustard and it was fantastic! Great way to get your guy to eat greens, bacon will cure any ailment!

    I made this for a dinner of 5. Three loved it, 1 liked it, and i didnt care for it. The only inconsistency w/the recipe was i used dijon mustard and added mustard seeds to it...however, i made it w/kiwi sirloin, and the dressing w/the walnuts & bacon tasted great with the meat!

    This salad is quick and full of flavor! No leftovers with this one. Be sure to use grainy mustard to add more flavor.
