This was easy to make (never used pearl onions -- who knew they were such a cinch to cook? and tasted wonderful. It didn't "gel up" the way I'd hoped it would. Perhaps a little more flour will do the trick next time. This is TONS better than the usual made-with-canned-beans thing that most people bring to Thanksgiving. Fresher, greener, tastier and more healthful. Yum.

A delicious casserole and easy to prepare. I like F911. Tyler Florence is such an experienced chef. Howevoer, I wish he cooks more on a healthy side and eliminates fat, sodium, sugar and red meat.

This was my first time eating a green bean casserole. Came out pretty good, but felt there were too many mushrooms - or maybe I just used too many. I would like to make again, but with 1.5lbs green beans instead.
