Do not chinse on the green beans (although you could back off the butter a bit, use the fresh ones and it will be worth the effort. Very easy, gorgeous presentation and crowd pleaser for any and all.

I made this on the fly at my mother's house to go with Mac 'n' Cheese (I'm sure we'll be seeing Tyler's version soon!, and everyone loved the result! I skipped the almonds because they weren't on hand, but will definitely include for the next time. The main thing I did differently was to just caramelize the onions in another pot as I got the rest of the dinner going, then when the onions were almost ready, I boiled and drained the beaans and combined the two together. Voila!

Now this recipe raises vegetables to a whole new high. Definitely makes you go back for a second helping. Great accompaniment to the Ultimate Meatloaf.

I am usually not a green bean fan but this was the best recipe ever. Of course it is hard to go wrong with that much butter & olive oil, but even with all that, the beans were the main flavor and the almonds and onions just highlighted them. This is now part of the permanent collection in our house!

One of the more tasty green bean recipes. I took advise of other review to cut down the onion...must agree that it was a good choice. Planning to try pine nuts next time.

An easy recipe and a crowd pleaser. I find this true in most of Tyler Florence's recipes.
