I had made Green Eggs w/o ham for my husband and he loved it. Great taste and also easy and quick to make.

I forgot to use the Thyme with the proscuitto...but this recipe was great anyways. My husband crinkled up his noise when I explained it to him, but he admitted that it was his favorite breakfast in years.

My girlfriends and I just made this recipe in honor of Dr. Seuss.

It was absolutely fantastic, I cannot say it enough. The flavors went together so well. Very fun meal - and it was easy!

... follow this recipe. Besides the Tuscan bread, which is hard to find, the recipe is easy to follow. It tastes as good as it looks!

Didn't like it. It was the Pesto. Didn't like the Pesto with eggs. Sorry!

Made this for a Valentine Brunch today with some friends and it was a big hit! Poaching up eggs for 6 people is a bit tricky but the key is not to add all the eggs at once! I made the pesto 2 days ago, made the parmasan "peels" this AM before everyone got here. Toasted the bread and kept it in the oven while I did the eggs. This was truly Excellent and elegant!
