I modified my bread prep slightly, using a mixture of olive oil and fresh pressed garlic to coat only the top sides of the bread, then topped with the brie. When I served it to my "I don't really like tomatoes" boyfriend, the emply plate spoke for itself. I will make this again (I love easy-great recipes!

This is one of the best recipes that I've tasted for brie. Haven't been using brie for very long, so I've been trying to learn some of the ways to use it and add variety to this great cheese.

I made this for Christmas Eve and it is now a family favorite. I'm asked to make it for every family gathering. Thanks Tyler!

For 2 people it was way too much food, but it was delicious and different from the normal basil/tomato/mozzarella & bruschetta. My husband liked it better than the other. The brie was wonderful warmed up.Thanks Tyler. Watch you all the time!!!
