Prep was easy. The garlic herb dressing had great flavor, the fresh herbs make all the difference. I followed directions for grilling and the chicken turned out perfect! Moist and full of flavor. I didn't use the radicchio, not one of my favorites.

Just an FYI, I watched the show and what Tyler did is serve the radicchio quarters on a serving dish with the chicken pieces and top with some extra dressing. The directions on this recipe say to separate the radicchio leaves in a bowl and add the chicken and toss. I think the serving dish makes more sense don't you?
