Very good - the tang of the blue cheese pairs beautifully with the red grapes.

Phenomenal!! Word of caution - this is very rich. I wasn't sure about adding grapes to this - sounded a little bizarre, but this turned out amazing. The grapes added a nice sweet crunch. The flat bread is gorgeous, and so delicious. This was the hit of the superbowl. I will definitely make this again for a party.

Adding bacon and olives makes this a completely different dish and to my mind, destroys the integrity of the flavors. The previous viewer should just make a pizza ...

This is a great dish that is easy to make and if you add your own touch's to it you can call it your own, I added some good chopped up bacon to it and a few sliced olives it is a winner eveytime i break it out for gatherings.

It was very easy to throw this appetizer together for a Labor Day BBQ. I agree with other reviewers about the unecessary oven time and doubling the grapes. Since blue cheese is so strongly flavored, the mascarpone really does a great job of cutting it a little. The grapes are inspired! I placed it on the table for my guests, turned away to tend the grill, and looked back to find all but one piece was gone! A huge hit!

I made this for a girls night out with wine and other apps -- everyone loved it! I made a couple of minor changes: I used an aluminum grill pan with holes cut in the bottom to make it easier to grill the crust. I also let the crust cool when I took it off the grill, that way the cheese is easier to spread and doesn't start melting right away. I also added a few more red grapes. It was wonderful!

When teenagers and 7 year olds like a recipe I consider it a success. I do grill the pizza first and let it sit before putting the cheese on so it doesn't become runny. I have also omitted the nuts and it tastes just as good.
