A fantstastic recipe. I used lamb chops instead of a leg of lamb when making the recipe tonight. I allowed the chops to marinate for 2hours, then used my grill pan to cook them. The chick pea puree is fabulous, truly complimenting the lamb perfectly. I did not have mache on hand, so I used baby leaf lettuce instead. A lovely dinner enjoyed by both my husband and myself. This is definitely a keeper. Thank you Tyler for sharing this great recipe!

I used this marinade on lamb loin chops. Normally I love to put mint jelly on lamb, but this recipe was so good that I did not want to put anything else on the meat. The flavors all melded beautifully with the succulent taste of the lamb itself. I would definitely make this recipe again!

I had been looking for a Lamb Chop recipe for Easter for two. And surfing the Foodnetwork site, I found this recipe and it was easy and so delicious. My husband now wants to eat it all the time. So thank you Tyler.

We loved this chickpea puree so much, it has now become our recipe for hummus. Light and delicious with pita.

The marinate/dressing was wonderful. I was concerned as to the amount of oregano in the receipe, but I was totally surprized at the great taste.
The easy of preparation, combination of favors, great taste, and presentation is what made cooking this receipe for my family and company a thoroughly enjoyable experience. I would recommend paring this recipe with grits with fresh herbs.

The lemon chickpea puree is simple, but an amazing complement to the lamb. This dish is impressive to serve to company, but simple enough to make for a family dinner. The lamb is pretty basic, but the chickpea puree is a must. The essence of lemon and garlic match the lamb perfectly.
